And what's coming next...

And in April:

Mad EP "Bass.hed" - CD adn90
Probably one of the albums on Ad Noiseam which took the longest to complete. Begun years ago, Mad EP's fourth full length album sees this highly praised musician focus on low frequencies and everything which comes with them. Syncopated beats, guest vocals by Shadow Huntaz, MC Equivalant and others and the multi-instrumentation which has made Mad EP famous are all brought back on this artists's heaviest and most direct album to date.

Spyweirdos, Mourjopoulos & Floridis "Epistrophy At Utopia" - CD adn91
Greece's Spyweirdos, who received a lot of attention in the recent years for his sharp and subtle glitchy electronica, pairs up this time with the two improv / free jazz musicians John Mourjopoulos and Floros Floridis. The three give birth to a surprisingly human, warm and catchy game of clicks, horns and strings. Deep, abrasive, but funky at parts: no surprise that the live rendition of this album have received excellent reviews.

Exillon and Chevron releases out now

Out now and available right now are two new releases on Ad Noiseam. One CD, one 12", 100% great stuff:

Exillon "It's OK to Dance" - CD adn86
Exillon brings acid to IDM, speeds things up several notch, and bombs the dance floor with a high energy, unmissable album of catchy twisted club tunes. Tapping on his high production skills, "It's OK to Dance" brings back life to twisted beats and complex rhythms and does it all with a smile. It's OK to take the acid test, and certainly impossible to resist.

Chevron "Tuff Shite" - 12" adn93
Chevron's intricate beats and party anthems get down and dirty with "Tuff Shite". Partly inspired by Chevron's hometown, and partly the result of his extensive live experience all throughout Europe, the six complex, crisp and tongue-in-cheek tracks presented here are also a lot more than just "tuff". Upbeat and clear, the A side displays (again, as if necessary) Chevron's talent for complex rhythms and catchy melodies. Flip the record, and the B side delivers the dancefloor-packing tracks, where jungle, hardcore and breakcore collide in a tasty and incisive way. Welcome to Blackpool, don't let the comets hit you on the way to the club.
