Watch Hecq present his sound recording and design methods.

Besides writing music for movies, ads and, of course, his own records, Ben Lukas Boysen (better known around these parts as Hecq) has been busy putting up a sample pack for Ableton. Below is a short movie in which he explains his approach to sound design, takes you around a little tour of Berlin and his kitchen for some uncommon sound recording, and presents this sound archive. The video is only 5 minutes long, but serves as a nice litlte introduction to this workaholic producer.
