Quite a ride for the first CD on the french Index label (following several more breakcore-oriented 12"). A mixture of experimental micro noises, fast-paced breaks and short sliced samples, "Mmi" is something which should appeal to both fans of Richard Devine and Otto Von Schirach on the one side (as it has the fast edit, schyzophrenic weight of both) and of laid-back experimental electronica on the other side (for its very complex, abstract side). More accessible than you might expect and pretty interesting.
