Following a salvo of 12" singles, Bar 9 finally gives birth to something for the CD crowd. The baby is a two headed monster, with one disc being a heavy and energetic dubstep DJ mix (with plenty of his own stuff, but also tracks by TRG, Kromestar and the like) and the other containing 14 tracks from past record, appearing for the first time on silicon. Let it be said that Bar 9 is obviously not in it for the subtlety and finesse, but that he delivers again and again über massive dubstep hitters, full of square wave forms and dancefloor appeal, probably among the hardest you can get in this genre without including breaks and noise. So, CD people, you really have no excuse not to check this guy out anymore.
