Bare Noize's name seem to pop up on every second festival poster or party flyer, but this British act has been uncommonly rare on vinyl, all the more by dubstep standards. Released on Borgore's label, this two tracker however demonstrates well what sets this trio apart. On the one hand, yes, it's heavy, in-your-face brostep but, on the other, there's clearly more ideas and originality here than on the average record of the genre. The inclusion of accoustic drumming (or something that sounds like it), metal-like blasts and the same kind of melodies that seduce so much in Niveau Zero's music really add something to the receipt, making of this record one of the nicest (if there can be niceness in filth) of the genre.
