The fourth installment of Peace Off's Ruff series is by far the slowest and the less breakcore minded. Sticking more closely than its predecessors to the rules of dubstep, B-Lam's debut is a very melodic, relatively lightweight but percussive record, which manages at the same time to be the calmest thing I have ever heard from Peace Off and one of my favorite. Not an all-out dancefloor attack, but a nice transitionnal two-tracker, well produced and welcome.
