Caduber's second EP, this time for Portland's Reactionary label, is again a mixture of energetic but relatively downtempo tracks somewhere at the border between breakcore (from which it takes its breaks, samples and overall darkish tones), dubstep (for the tempo) and old-school industrial (for the accoustic sounding drums and basslines). It's good natured, well down, quite dry sounding, and fuses enough influences not to sound like a copy of any precise act or genre. An interesting EP, I'm curious to hear what Caduber does next.
