Second full length album by this band at the heart of the French industrial / digital hardcore collective Audiotrauma. Three years have passed since this trio's first full length, but the music hasn't softened one bit. Firmly planted in politically-motivated, angst-ridden, vocals-supported distorted beats and club-compatible rhythms, Chrysalide have however improved their production quality and widened the spectrum of their anger. It's loud, hard and super compressed, but also quite changing, and very deserving, making of this album something that fans of stomping, dancefloor-oriented noise should check out.
