An interesting "scene" made of bands mixing ragga, dubstep and dub and revolving around the currently quite successful Disrupt has appeared in Germany in the last year, and gives birth here to this new 12" on Police on Helicopter. While obviously a dub record, this "Police EP" is considerably more electronic and heavier than most records of the genre, and obviously taps in the dubstep sound for its beats and basslines. Well done, and potentially a treat for fans of such labels as Shockout.
