First ep by Disscoxx, the new avatar of a hard working veteran of the Berlin DJ scene, who finally comes up here with 5 tracks of funky but glitchy electronic hip hop which might slightly remind of Merck (think Machinedrum) and Funkstörung with his syncopated rhythms, catchy melodies, vocal snippets and small glitches. Add to this a darker, dubstep-leaning remix by Hecq to round things up, and you get a nice little début, which also happens to be limited to 99 numbered copies. Recommended.
