This very nice presented, cherry-on-the-cake kind of bonus EP to Emptyset's "Demiurge" presents two long remixes of this artist's deeply gritty and noisily obscure material. On the one side, Paul Jebanasam (who I believe is an engineer having worked for Warp and Tectonic, among others) comes up with an ambient-ish piece, heavy in low frequencies and very encompassing. Things gets stormier with the remix by Roly Porter (ex-Vex'd) on the B side, for a track featuring guitars by (surprisingly) a member of Gravenhurst). An intense, recommended companion to an already remarkable album.
