Though I was at first surprised by the clarity and d'n'b focus of Switch Technique track, this new record on Portugal's Yellow Stripes is really quite a success. As said, Switch Technique deliver something which is a bit more of a straight d'n'b tune (and less of a hardcore / crossbreed) one that one could expect, but the sound design is great and this track has a very strong drive. On the other side, Freqax is also at the border between "regular" hard d'n'b and "something else", more interesting and challenging. All in all a solid record which bridges well between club-friendly sounds and a more innovative approach.
