Not a long time has passed sine the release of Ikonika's much remarked debut, and here's already a sequel. If the B side is this mixture of dubstep and playful 8bit melodies that made the previous record stand out so much, the track on the A side is a bit more complex and has a lusher electronica-feel, which might remind quite a bit of some Flying Lotus material, even though it keeps the very distinctive Ikonika sound. All in all, this is quite the perfect record to Ikonika's first release, and a bit more; once again a well done, original and fresh kind of nerdy dubstep.
