Excellent A side on this first 12" for Tectonic by the great Illum Sphere, mixing regular strings with his tasty mixture of funky dubstep and crunchy IDM-ish arrangements. It might not be the most dancelfoor-compatible thing ever, but it's still really quite efficient and fresh. The B side, featuring a remix by Indigo is not shabby either, and the whole 12" constitutes a new proof (if one was still needed) that Illum Sphere is a guy to follow very closely at the moment.
