The first album by Keef Baker, brought up on the still rising N5md label. "The widnes years" is by far the hardest, but maybe also the most varied release on this label so far. Combining the very emotional and flowing electronica familiar to this label, Keef Baker also mixes distortion, broken rhythms and a good sense of heavyness (think of Gridlock, but considerably harder) to his music, coming up with a very thick and intense album. Extremely well done, recommended, and announcing very good things to come. Congratulations.
