Nice new album by Lith. This long running french act offers here a collection of tracks on which the noise level is kept a little lower than before, but which are relying more and more on a bassier, punchier beat than before. The tones are still very gritty and the atmosphere grim, but "Gaia" is definitely a progress from Lith's past releases. Add to this remixes by Antigen Shift, Elektroplasma and Muckrackers and a multimedia section, and you get a solid release for people into rhythmic noise.
