Two new tracks by Russia's Mars (who I had never heard material from before) on this new Wicky Lindows 12". The A side, co-written with his compatriot DaVip, confirms that Russian producer really like their 8-bit, semi-video games melodies, as this heavy broken dubstep tune rely on these sonorities to gain a bit in charm and originality. The B side, this time the fruit of a collaboration with somebody called Ben William, is more classic, dark, topped with movie samples and something for the black hoodies wearers among you. All in all two nice tracks of heavy handed, if not classically composed dubstep.
