Strong three tracker teaser for Meat Beat Manifesto's new album. Jack Dangers is hitting here the same problem as Mick Harris with Scorn's "Stealth": while "Lonely Soldier" is nothing more or less than a strong MBM record, everybody wants to use the dubstep tag on it. Yes, these tracks are just dub, gritty, mid-tempo and slightly industrial, but in an MBM way. To close this rant: a strong if not unsurprising record, and not one on which Dangers jumps on an already crowded train.
