Back in stock. 2007's "Restaurant Of Assassins" was Neil Landstrumm's first full length album for Planet Mu, and somewhat of a return to the front stage for this prolific and often underrated musician. Mixing the wonky techno and acid of his past with some proto-dubstep and playful IDM elements, this album is a fun and hard-to-pigeonhole ride. Clear sounding, club-friendly and very imaginative, it's the kind of thing that doesn't really fit in a scene, but in which everybody should be able to find its mark and many pearls.
