Very nice dark noisy ambient for this new Omei album released on Control's label. With a rather modest approach, Omei signs here an hour of deep, heavy and suffocating atmospheric drones and low noises, without ever getting overly aggressive. Wilt's touch and influence can clearly be heard, all the more on the title track, whose source material was delivered by James Keeler (Wilt). All in all a low key but very satisfying release for people into deep, dark and introspect ambient.
