Coming out almost at the same time as his "Wetsound Orchestra" double CD, "Loftcase ep" is another great release for the remarkable newcomer that is Spyweirdos. While his album was a marvel of clicks, cuts and atmospheres, the four tracks of "Loftcase" have gained his thickness and weight. Very reminiscent of Gridlock at time, intelligently produced and always beautiful, this 12" showcases Spyweirdos's talent with somewhat more accessible and direct material. Congratulations.
