SRC is / are on a roll. I had already been particularely impressed by the previous 12" on Numbers, and this three tracker for No Hats No Hoods confirms my first impression. The A side is a wonderful dubstep-ish track served with a long, charming oriental sounding melody, while the B side brings people back on the dancefloor with crunchy 8-bit funky tunes. The whole thing has a definite dirty and gritty feeling, but manages to stick out of the many Joker & co clones out there. Very recommended.
