Very nice idea from the (always lauded here, and still underrated) Keysound label to present us here with a sort of single for Starkey's recent album on Planet Mu. This 12" takes "Gutter Music", one of the strongest track from this album, offers it in two instrumental version and a vocal one, in which some high energy, grime-type of vocals are added to Starkey's gritty and catchy beats. A good way to appreciate again some of this musician's best material, and cut directly to the most efficient moments of the album.
