Taz Buckfaster proves again that he's a chameleon of the dubstep scene, but a very talented one. After having thrown us some heavy bass and beat works with his first record, then gone to more abstract, "post-dubstep" territories, he comes here with four tracks heavy on the oh-so-zeigeisty rapidfire drumming of footwork. Most of them come enriched with 8-bit crunky melody (something which he had done in the past), rounding a record which sounds pretty surprising at first, but ends up sounding as fresh as a mixture of current trend can be. Interesting, and all in all very well executed.
