While Terra Sancta's 2004's debut album was a (very strong) atmospheric album which tapped a lot in the whole Raison d'Etre / neo-classical direction, the follow-up by this australian project delivers much grittier and noisier tracks. The whole thing is dark and oppressive, as one could expect on Malignant, but still keeps a good balance between the long, subdued melodies and the overall distortion. A good album from an underrated act for anybody into calm but deep industrial.
