Very surprising release by The Man Unkown, who used to deliver hardcore / gabber records but offers with his debut on Restroom Records a resolutely industrial / techno album which combines a lot of the synth sounds one could find in EBM a few years ago with very spacey, atmospheric bleeps and bits. Straight and varied, the "Neocities" seems to work well as a sci-fi soundtrack of sort, and is an interesting take at this sound from somebody usually active in a different genre.
