The second release on Prspct's "xtrm" series is a pretty straight, back-to-hardcore and resolutely dark two tracker by The Outside Agency. No d'n'b crossbreeding over here, but two pieces of some of the heaviest and most oppressive hardcore to come out of these two guys recently. Dutch dancefloor beware, this is aimed straight at you.
