Excellent new Outside Agency four tracker on NGM, featuring three new tracks by the ever talented and well humored DJ Hidden and Eye-D and a remix they did of a track by Producer Snafu. This time around, TOA come with relatively straight-laced material, but, as usual, manages to infuse their hardcore with enough melodies, breaks and samples to stay well ahead of their game. A truely excellent TOA record, and something which I wholeheartedly recommend, for it again shows how this kind of music should be written.
