After quite a long pause, Ultra Milkmaids are back, and what a come-back. First, it's on vinyl (extra points for this). Then, instead of going all experimental as they had done in the past, the french duo combines here some very melodic, almost post-rocky accoustic melodies with their long, charming drones and little glitches. A smooth, melancholic LP with a much more human nature than what the abstract cover artwork might lead to believe, and a very welcome initiative.
