Very pleasant album by this low profile German artists who's been around for some years but signs here his first full length on Ant Zen. Ambient at times, very spherical from start to finish, "Probe" fits well between Vromb, Abo Ovo and the rest of the semi-atmospheric side of this label's roster. The sounds are a bit old school, the overall mood quite introspect, and the production well executed. One of the most enthralling releases on Ant Zen at the moment, and something whose retro / spatial charm works pretty well.
